Responsibilities will include:

-Typing Legal documents
-Scan, email and fax correspondence
-Managing Fee earners diaries
-Organising meetings
-Dealing with queries
-Answering phone and emails

You will need to have:
– Good knowledge of MS Office
– Legal secretary experience in a Commercial Property department.
– Strong organisational and communication skills
– A positive and proactive attitude
– Ability to work well both in a team and independently
