Financial Planning Administrator - London

Our client is looking a Financial Planning Administrator to join their expanding team of Chartered Financial Planners in London. They are a boutique wealth management firm based in one of London’s most diverse, creative, and vibrant areas.

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will support a team of three, working with an experienced financial planner, paraplanner and relationship manager, with exposure to family law, estate planning and trust corporation. Our client houses a friendly, supportive, and collaborative working environment with a fresh approach allowing them to offer clients more time and attention to ensure their financial plans match their aspirations.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the back office is up to date
Pre-populating product and service application forms and adviser charging authorities
Preparation of reports, enclosures, and letters
Preparation of meeting packs
Banking administration
The production of management information reports

Experience:

Financial Services: 3 years (preferred)
