Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Administrator  with a background in an IFA firm to administer policy.

You will be responsible for:

 Receiving letters of authority, sending same to the relevant providers and ensuring receipt of all
requested information, in writing.
 Updating database accurately and in a timely fashion with Plan information and client fact finds and client records.
 Ensuring all documents/e-mails are attached to the database against the correct Plan and under the correct type and sub-type.
 Responding to queries and information requests from the Paraplanners/Advisers and clients.
 Dealing with changes of address
 Dealing with client terminations
 Dealing with changes of bank details
 Ensuring the tax return process is accurate and fully adhered to.
 Ensuring that the new leads process is adhered to
 Dealing with payment queries
 Attaching incoming post to X-plan and updating plan if necessary
 Dealing with changes to Trusts/Nominated Beneficiaries.
 Responding to postal queries, for example, failure of direct debits, client reviews.
 Other administrative tasks as required
