Legal Secretary

Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary to support the employment, commercial and corporate team.

Provide full secretarial support to the team, including arranging appointments, dealing with client queries in person and by phone. Preparation of correspondence by audio typing using the digital dictation system, preparing court bundles etc. Filing, photocopying, efficient opening/closing and archiving of client files.  Maintain and coordinating the team’s diaries.  Regular consideration of client files; liaising with the team on action required.  Participate in all rotas including Reception, dealing with daily incoming/outgoing post and any other general office administrative duties as required  Comply with the Firm’s relevant policies and procedures including those in relation to compliance and accounts.  Ensure confidentiality on all appropriate matters and recognise that any breach of this confidentiality will be treated very seriously.

You will need to have previous experience as a Legal Secretary, employment or commercial preferred.

You will also need to be a team player, have initiative and be accurate with attention to detail.
