Our client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their professional property management team.
You will be required to efficiently deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries, visit all properties available to Let within 24 hours of instruction,
registering applicants on the phone and walk-ins, meet and greet all people entering the office as appropriate, organising viewings,
arranging and carrying out viewings as required and establishing rapport with applicants, matching of applicants with properties, sending out new property details on new instruction, maintaining database of prospective tenants, negotiating the terms of tenancies with landlords and tenants, negotiating renewals when applicable for properties and managing the paperwork, booking in pitches taking all necessary information, preparing properties for marketing and organising photography of property.
You must be able to work under pressure, have excellent organisational and time management skills. You will be well presented and confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone. Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential as is meticulous attention to detail, and a good knowledge of MS Office. Must be a team player but also able to work on your own and use your own initiative. Full clean drivers license required.
