Mortgage Administrator (2) - Chobham

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join a well-established firm in the Chobham area of Surrey. You will play a key role in supporting the Advisers in providing a smooth client service. You will be responsible for providing administration support for a total of 7 advisers, including sourcing mortgage deals, liaising with clients, chasing providers and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing mortgage deals
Speaking to clients
Submitting mortgage applications
Chasing and liaising with providers
Compliance - Suitability letters and gathering appropriate documentation etc.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop within their role to further their career and take on more responsibility. All training will supported and paid for by the practice.

Skills and Experience

Experience within a similar role, or in a role which has given a good working knowledge of mortgages and the mortgage markets
Excellent communication skills, both written and on the telephone
Excellent IT skills
Good numeracy and excellent attention to detail
