Our client a boutique wealth management in central London is looking for an experienced Financial Administrator that has worked in an IFA firm previously to join their expanding team.

You will be working alongside a professional team of IFAs assisting with new business transactions including sales and purchases of unit trusts, investment bonds, SIPPs and ISAs.  You will process written applications, be organsing fund switches, arranging life cover, dealing with pension contributions, making sure documentation is accurately assessed, completed and filed, follow up on transactions, deal with insurance companies and ensure compliance regulations are followed.

You will need to have experience with Adviser Office, MS Office, excellent organisation skills, attention to detail, be able to work to deadlines, have good communication both written and verbal and strong numeracy skills.
