We are excited to be recruiting for our rapidly expanding, highly respected client that is looking to employ an additional Retentions Adviser to their team.

You will be responsible for building relationships with existing clients and ensuring their custom is retained by maintaining continued satisfaction with our client’s services and pricing structure.  You will be analysing client accounts and investigating the market in order to deliver the best possible deal that produces the best result for your customers and exceeds their expectations where possible.  You will also be talking to new customers and promoting the brand and services.

We are looking for a graduate that has some experience in the customer services industry, managing clients and producing effective solutions.  You will need to have exemplary communication skills both written and verbal, be efficient at analysing data, be proficient with databases, a good team player and able to achieve retention targets.
