We are looking for a Sales Manager that possesses strong interpersonal and sales skills and shows an enthusiasm for selling, recruiting, motivating and training new sales executives, leading at all times by example. As Sales Manager you will need to be a self-motivated, self-starter who will be able to take charge of the brief and run the sales floor throughout the whole advertising process.
Your objective will be to increase the bottom line and manage a successful advertising team, by setting targets, delivering repeatable and sustainable new business while also managing existing customers and relationships. You will also be responsible for growing the sales team, locating outstanding talent and coaching them to drive and achieve deals using your extensive sales experience.
You will preferably be from an advertising or publishing background, have a strong sales track record from new business development through to account management, 2/3 years of sales management experience, the ability to motivate and grow a team successfully hitting team targets, be driven, able to lead from the front and be an exemplary communicator.
