SENIOR FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR - WOLVERHAMPTON

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Financial Services Administrator to join a well-established Wealth Management firm.

This role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual with experience supporting Financial Advisers within a regulated financial services environment. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while managing a varied workload across client servicing, case management and administration.

There is also the opportunity to contribute to business improvements, streamline processes and support wider operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end client review process, including preparing documentation, annual review packs and client correspondence.
• Handle inbound and outbound client calls, including booking annual financial reviews and responding to client enquiries.
• Liaise with product providers, third parties and internal stakeholders to progress cases and resolve queries.
• Manage workloads through the firm's CRM system, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Monitor outstanding client reviews and proactively schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate and compliant client records.
• Process a variety of client servicing requests, including fund switches, withdrawals, income drawdown and policy servicing.
• Prepare trust documentation and other complex client paperwork where required.
• Support vulnerable client and bereavement processes with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Ensure all administration is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency across the business.

Candidate Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience within a regulated Financial Services or Wealth Management environment.
• Previous experience supporting Financial Advisers or Wealth Managers.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
• A proactive, professional and client-focused approach.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience within a Wealth Management practice would be highly advantageous.
