Our client, a reputable tech company is in a growth period and looking to take on an additional Support Engineer.
You will be responsible for dealing with support tickets from our client’s extensive customer bank and providing professional technical support both remotely and in person on-site to resolve queries. You will have to deal with various issues including new roll outs, maintenance, projects and fixes. You will need to communicate effectively with the client to understand and deal with their technical needs and/or problems and report back with solutions.
You will need to have at least 2 years experience in a similar role handling volume tech queries, you will have an excellent knowledge of Windows 10, Server 2012, Exchange 2010, Office 365, Google suite, Citrix, AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, networking, switches, proxy VLANs, firewalls, Hyper V and telephony.
Personality wise you will need have great communication skills, with a customer first attitude, be able to work automously in addition to being a good team player, be well presented and prepared to travel to client sites in and around London.
