Our client a growing technology business is looking to take on an additional IT Support person.

Your responsibilities will include remote and onsite support for hardware and software issues.  You will need to log all queries into the database, keeping accurate notes on issues, ensure customers are regularly updated with progress reports, preempt problems before they arise to assist the customer, identify opportunities and deliver excellent, expert client service.
You will have experience of working in an IT service desk environment with preferably some telecoms and Cisco knowledge.  You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be adept and translating technical issues to the user, you will have strong organisational skills and be able to prioritize your work.  A driving license is essential as some site work is required.
