Administrator

Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their team.

Key responsibilities

  • Printing and sending out of service charge and ground invoices
  • Answering routine enquiries from leaseholders
  • Making sure fire risk assessments, EICRs and asbestos surveys are up to date
  • Updating contractors’ public liability insurance
  • Typing up property inspection reports
  • Contacting residents re access for fire alarm checks
  • Drafting letters to residentS
  • Keeping log of jobs raised, chasing up of contractors
  • Assisting with preparation and sending out of Section 20 letters
  • Updating database with current email addresses and phone numbers
  • Compiling of AGM documents

Requirements

  • A proven track record within a customer facing position
  • Self motivation and willingness to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • An ambition to progress within the block management business
