Pay: £24-£25K

 Trainee Workplace Pensions/Auto Enrolment Adviser Role

Our client is looking for a trainee Advisor to join their team in London.

Key responsibilities:

Manage new business pipeline efficiently. 
Attend all sales calls and employee clinics/presentations relative to new and existing clients. 
Document meeting notes and fact find information, and de-brief to BDM. 
Work with the BDM to provide client meeting email summaries and follow-up all client meetings. 
On agreement to engage, co-ordinate all internal regulatory paperwork such as Proposal of Services, pension provider market reviews and recommendations. 
Liaise with BDM to issue all regulatory documentation. 
Take ownership of the management of the return of all regulatory paperwork and pension scheme set-up information from the client. 
Liaise with all payroll providers to obtain employee data, PAYE details (data gathering). 
Work closely with sales and admin support, providing necessary briefings at handover stage. 
Arrange weekly new business update meetings with administrators and update the BDM accordingly. 
Manage new pension scheme set-ups through to issue of invoices and problem solve if applicable and liaise with Finance Team to ensure payment of invoices. 
Develop relationships with all key joint venture payroll departments, providing new business updates and identifying new business opportunities. 
Work with Employee Benefits Account Managers and team to update all provider recommendation documents and reason why documents. 
Keep abreast of all market developments and new solutions to market. 
Assist Account Managers with secondary market audit work and identification of fee generating opportunities. 
Liaise with BDM on audit follow-up work, manage basic EXEMPTION work, re-Enrolment work and small employer set-ups (1-4 lives) with the objective of engaging the initial sale and the ongoing client relationship.
