Accounts Administrator Wealth Management (Part Time) - Mayfair, London

Our client is looking for a part time accounts administrator to join their growing team. This position would be ideal for someone with past experience in a junior IFA, Accounting or Accounts Management role.

Position is for 2 to 3 days a week.  

The duties will include:

  • Researching suppliers and arranging best price possible
  • Placing orders, and reviewing and approving quotes
  • Checking and paying Invoices
  • Payroll
  • Adviser Fee statements
  • Checking and Chasing income
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports
  • Depending on the workload, might assist with data cleansing

  • Excellent Excel Knowledge
  • Good numerical knowledge
  • Logical Thinking
  • Critical Thinking
  • Accounting Background
