Pay: £21-25k

Bookkeeper and Income Facilitator

Our client is looking for a Bookkeeper and Income Facilitator based in Tewkesbury. The role includes monthly and quarterly bookkeeping duties as well as monthly payroll provision together with other ad hoc duties.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Production of management accounts.
  • Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Monthly fee statement reconciliation
  • Preparation and submission of VAT returns.
  • Preparation of monthly payroll.
  • Preparation of invoices
  • Settling invoices
  • Upkeep of accurate & concise book keeping files
  • Daily/weekly Income reconciliation on IO (Intelligent Office)


Skills and Experience:

  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience of Sage, Intelliflo or other CRM system, and Excel. 
  • Self-motivated 
  • Ability to meet regular deadlines
