Business Processing Administrator (Wealth) - London

Our client is looking for a Business Processing Administrator to join their team based in London. You will have the responsibility for providing comprehensive, confidential, and professional support to the Business Processing Manager and the wider teams. Supporting the Business Processing Team with day to day administrative duties; you will ensure that all client related tasks and activity is completed to the highest standard and in line with business SLAs.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Letter of Authority processing
  • Calling 3rd party providers
  • Dealing with general client queries
  • Dealing with incoming post
  • New business processing
  • Data entry on spreadsheets
  • Case pipeline tracking – liaising with Advisers to identify any issues
  • Submit and manage outsourced paraplanning cases on Tracker

 

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a Financial Advice firm, ideally within the St James' Place network
  • Proven work experience as an administrator or within an office support role
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships; both over the phone and in person
  • Manage time effectively with the ability to multi-task
  • Always demonstrate a can-do attitude and take ownership
  • A great team player
