Type of Position: Financial Administrator
Our client is looking for a Financial Administrator, with experience working at an Independent Financial Advisory firm, to join their team in London. You will work closely with the Paraplanners and assist them with their day to day administration.
Attention to Detail
Planning & Organising
Excellent record keeping skills
Accurate data keying skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Proficient in Excel and Word
Training will be given on back office system, workflow and common business process
Qualifications / Experience:
Administration and customer service experience is essential.
Telephone based experience would be beneficial.
Financial Services experience would be beneficial.
Qualifications desirable, or a willingness to study.
Ideally you have a degree and on you are on your way to be Diploma qualified (CII Regulated Financial Planning).
