We are looking for a Financial Administrator for our clients based in the heart of London. You will be providing vital paraplanning and administration support to a team of wealth advisers. There is also the potential to progress into and Advisory role within the firm in the future, if that is something the candidate would want.
Responsibilities:
- Provide vital paraplanning support to the team of wealth advisers
- Research products, financial planning solutions and investment strategies
- Prepare recommendation reports for client meetings
- Provide a high level of technical support
- Assist advisers with client management
- Provide advisers and clients with technical reports and information
- Ensure high worth investment transactions are carried out accurately
Experience and qualifications:
- Previous administrative and paraplanning experience required
- Must show some CII exam results or hold Level 4 qualified in Financial Planning certificate
- Familiar with major research systems (e.g. Cashcalc, Salesforce, FE Analytics etc)
- Experience of the Pension Switch market
- Experience of administration of IHT or Investment products
- Excellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
