FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR - WOLVERHAMPTON

Are you an organised and detail-oriented IFA Administrator looking to take the next step in your financial services career?

We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded financial planning firm that is looking to welcome a motivated Administrator to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive business where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both advisers and clients.

What you'll be doing:
- Preparing monthly client valuations and supporting review processes
- Contacting product providers to obtain plan information for new and existing clients
- Scheduling client review meetings and assisting with report preparation
- Liaising with providers and stakeholders to progress client transfers and post-transaction reporting
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
- Managing team diaries and coordinating client and prospect meetings
- Ensuring business procedures are followed while providing first-class administrative support

- Has exceptional attention to detail
- Is proactive and able to prioritise a busy workload
- Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a team
- Is adaptable, driven and eager to learn
- Has strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
- Ideally has previous experience within financial services or an IFA environment
