Pay: £25k - £35k

Financial Planning Administrator - London

Our client is looking for an IFA Administrator to join their busy team in London. The role will require excellent planning and organisation skills, a professional pleasant telephone manner and good administration skills to deliver a true client centric experience, building up relationships where appropriate.

 

Responsibilities

  • Administer client onboarding, including the preparation and issuance of letters of authority 
  • Verify and organise policy information received from providers, creating client summaries
  • Compile necessary data/documents for report writing and assist in the report generation process 
  • Process new business items while following compliance requirements 
  • Manage adviser fees and handle fund switches and investment/disinvestment requests 
  • Supervise pension/investment transfers, aligning with client recommendation reports 
  • Process life cover applications and maintain updated client data in relevant systems 
  • Coordinate client review meeting preparations and oversee follow-ups 
  • Assist in generating client investment progress reports
  • Uphold the highest standards of client service throughout all interactions

 

Experience 

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident and competent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Strong software skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Focus on delivering high-quality client service
  • Be able to demonstrate initiative and curiosity
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Capable of building effective external relationships
