We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join a well-established financial planning firm. This is a varied role combining client support, technical administration, and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients via phone and in person.
  • Preparing client meeting packs, reports, and regulatory documentation.
  • Managing Letters of Authority and liaising with providers.
  • Supporting advisers with research and administration.
  • Processing applications, withdrawals, and transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating systems.
  • Chasing providers and managing workflows to ensure cases progress efficiently.
  • Handling sensitive client documentation and correspondence.
  • Supporting reporting, income tracking, and general office administration.


About You:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicating with clients and providers.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a regulated environment.
  • Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player.


Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience within Financial Services or an IFA practice.
  • Familiarity with industry platforms and provider systems.
  • Progress towards CII qualifications.

Working Arrangements:

  • Office-based preferred.
  • Hybrid working available (1 day from home).
  • Option of a 4-day working week.

Location: Burnham-on-Sea
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 DOE
