JUNIOR INVESTMENT ANALYST - HORSHAM, WEST SUSSEX

An excellent opportunity for a Junior Investment Analyst to join an established Investment Management team in Horsham.

This role would suit a recent graduate or someone early in their investment career with a genuine interest in financial markets and investments. Some previous experience within investment, financial services or wealth management would be advantageous, but candidates at the beginning of their career are encouraged to apply.

You will work alongside experienced Investment professionals, gaining exposure to fund research, investment analysis, model portfolios, investment platforms and financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fund and investment research.
• Assist with analysis of funds, investments and model portfolios.
• Support performance analysis and investment reporting.
• Contribute to market commentary and research reports.
• Monitor financial markets, investment products and industry news.
• Assist with MPS, DFM and investment platform administration.
• Maintain accurate research and investment records.
• Support Investment Committee preparation and wider investment projects.
• Respond to investment-related queries and work closely with the wider team.

About You:

• Genuine passion for investments and financial markets.
• Some investment research, analysis or financial services experience desirable.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, methodical and keen to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• IMC qualification desirable, or willingness to work towards it.
• Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business or related degree advantageous.
• Relevant financial services experience will also be considered.
