PA/Executive PA
Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide in their Practice in Burgess Hill.
Core responsibilities:
- Director of first impressions
- Client and prospect client communication
- Responsibility over the Director’s email inbox
- Acknowledging client emails and sending out holding emails as appropriate
- Managing multiple diaries which will chop and change frequently
- Booking in client meetings via telephone and email communication for face to face discussion, virtual meetings and telephone calls as appropriate
- Be open to using new technology to support this e.g. Calendly, Salesforce etc
- Building relations with clients and external executive assistants to ensure a smoother transition to booking meetings within a timely manner
- Driving forward a review meeting schedule to ensure all clients are contacted throughout the year and offered the opportunity for a meeting /call
- Documenting and recording the review meeting process via the appropriate CRM – Salesforce
- Ensuring meeting follow up is completed in a timely manner and referrals to external providers are followed through
Other responsibilities:
- Providing support with Client Events
- Providing the Director with support on personal matters
- Daily/weekly meeting with Operations Manager to provide an overview on activity levels
Key attributes required for the role:
- Professional
- Personable approach
- Confidence
- Experienced with Microsoft Office and One Note
- Experienced with Salesforce (desirable but not essential)
- Experience with dictated meeting notes (desirable but no essential)
