PA / New Business Administrator / IFA Client Services - £24-30k
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join a busy team in Halstead, providing financial planning to high-net-worth clients. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a reputable firm who believe in employee development and offer genuine scope for progression.
The Role: You will be working with the Director providing all aspects of office management including diary management, arranging appointments, client communications, preparing letters, presentations and reports and working within the servicing team. Additionally, you will be preparing all documentation for meetings, and will need to ensure that client information is recorded accurately. You will be dealing with clients and third parties on a daily basis and managing complex workflow efficiently. You will have an initial period of training to learn new processes and skills which would provide you with a solid foundation for a career within a Financial Services Practice. We also provide ongoing development and encourage learning.
The Person: This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and has a flexible working style. You will have exceptional communication skills and be highly organised with an excellent eye for detail. You will have strong problem-solving skills, be a confident decision maker and able to work with little or no supervision. Ideally, you will demonstrate previous office management, administrative or personal assistant experience and have good IT skills. Since you will have regular contact with clients, it is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion. It would be useful, but not essential, to have worked in a Financial Services or professional service environment or have a financial background.
