Paraplanner

Our client is looking for a skilled and motivated Paraplanner to join a successful and growing financial planning practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced advisers and support the delivery of high-quality financial advice to a loyal and established client base.

Candidates who are CII Diploma qualified are preferred, although those close to completing their qualification and with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial plans, reports, and suitability letters
• Analyse client data, financial statements, and research solutions
• Liaise with clients and providers to obtain necessary information
• Support advisers in delivering tailored financial planning solutions
• Collaborate with administrative and support teams
• Utilise financial planning and research tools such as Voyant, FE Analytics, Salesforce, and Excel

Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients
• Proactive, organised, and committed to continuous improvement
• Knowledge of financial planning principles and client service best practice
• CII Diploma qualified or working towards the qualification

Location: Barnet, London
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + bonus
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, office-based
