PARAPLANNER - CENTRAL LONDON

Our client is a Chartered, independent, fee-based wealth management firm providing bespoke financial advice to individuals, businesses, trustees and charitable organisations.

They are seeking an experienced, Diploma-qualified Paraplanner with strong whole-of-market research experience who is working towards (or keen to achieve) Chartered status.

This role offers clear progression to Senior Paraplanner or Financial Planner, depending on your long-term career goals.

 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare documentation for client review meetings
• Conduct whole-of-market research, complex calculations and cashflow forecasting
• Produce suitability reports for adviser sign-off
• Interpret client data and develop appropriate recommendations
• Participate in research projects and contribute to the Investment Committee
• Build strong relationships with advisers and support junior team members
• Maintain high compliance standards and accurate client records

About You: 

• Minimum 1 year’s paraplanning experience within an IFA firm
• Diploma qualified (Level 4) and progressing towards Chartered status (ideally via CII)
• Experience across pensions, investments and protection (IHT and trusts advantageous)
• Strong technical knowledge and compliance understanding
• Analytical, organised and able to work independently
• Experience with tools such as FE Analytics, Voyant, CashCalc, Xplan and strong Excel skills would be advantageous.

 
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong paraplanner seeking progression within a respected Chartered environment, offering up to £50,000 depending on experience.
