PARAPLANNER - CRAWLEY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to support Financial Planners and Client Support teams in delivering high-quality financial planning advice.

You will play a key role in analysing client requirements, preparing financial planning reports, and helping to design tailored solutions covering investments, retirement planning, tax planning and estate planning.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a financial planning team.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse client information and develop financial planning solutions
• Build and maintain cashflow models and record client data accurately
• Prepare suitability letters and recommendation reports
• Support advisers with client review preparation and investment performance reports
• Maintain accurate client files and back-office records throughout the advice process
• Liaise with clients via phone, email and meetings when required
• Work closely with administrators to ensure applications and documentation are processed efficiently
• Coordinate with other professional advisers such as solicitors and accountants when required
   

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a Paraplanning role within financial services
• Strong technical knowledge of financial planning and investment management
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients desirable
• Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to produce high-quality financial planning reports
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills
   

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) or working towards Chartered status
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
