PARAPLANNER - STAFFORDSHIRE

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to work alongside Financial Planners to provide a compliant, professional, and high-quality service to clients. You will support the creation of suitability reports, cashflow analyses, and research, helping to deliver holistic financial planning solutions.

 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct fund and product research, preparing cashflow reports and suitability recommendations
• Maintain and update suitability report templates and research libraries
• Collaborate with Financial Planners and administrative teams to gather client information and prepare comprehensive reports
• Ensure all compliance documentation is accurate and complete before presenting advice
• Assist with tax calculations and other planning analyses as required
• Liaise with clients and professional advisers as needed to support the advice process
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and adhere to operational processes
   

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Paraplanning role within an IFA environment
• DipPFS or equivalent Level 4 qualification
• Experience across a variety of financial products and familiarity with the full financial planning process
• Strong planning, organisation, and IT skills
• Excellent client communication and team-working abilities
• Professional, adaptable, dependable, and proactive
