SENIOR PARAPLANNER - HESSLE, EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning firm.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and previous paraplanning experience who enjoys mentoring others and delivering high-quality client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing suitability reports and financial planning documentation
• Conducting technical research and preparing recommendations
• Reviewing team output to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Supporting and mentoring Junior Paraplanners
• Assisting with onboarding and team training
• Managing workflows and ensuring deadlines are met
• Obtaining provider information, valuations and illustrations
• Completing tax calculations where required
• Maintaining high standards of client service and compliance

Skills & Experience Required

• CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential)
• Working towards or achieved Chartered status (desirable)
• Previous paraplanning experience
• Experience mentoring or supporting team members preferred
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads
