Senior Tax Manager - Worthing

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join their expanding team based in Worthing. You will be joining as a key member of the team, a strong personal tax technical knowledge will be required, as well as excellent communication and management skills. As a Senior Tax Manager, your role will be split between compliance and advisory, where you will manage your own allocated client base. This is a client facing role and there will be a requirement to support more junior members of the teams, as well as assist in client advisory with the financial planners.

Essential Criteria

CTA qualified
Strong leadership and personnel management skills
Excellent Microsoft word and advanced excel
Experience with Microsoft Teams/Video Calls
Proven experience in forming and maintaining client relationships
Excellent analytical and time management skills with attention to detail

Desirable Criteria

7 years’ experience within a tax role
2 years post qualification experience
Knowledge of non UK domiciled taxation matter

Location

The role is based at our client's head office in Worthing although our client is flexible on location and therefore, this role could be based in either of their other offices in London, Exeter or Cheltenham. Knowing that our client's Head Office is in Worthing, it is important to bear in mind and understand that you may be required to travel to Worthing from time-to-time. They currently operate an agile working policy providing flexibility in terms of office hours and homeworking. This role is full-time (36.25 hours per week) but we are happy to talk flexible working.
