TRAINEE FINANCIAL ADVISER / ASSOCIATE WEALTH MANAGER - LONDON

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Financial Adviser / Associate Wealth Manager to join a growing and highly regarded Wealth Management firm with over £1 billion in Funds Under Management.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing Wealth Management or Financial Planning experience who is looking to develop their technical knowledge, gain further qualifications and progress towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner.

The Role:
Working alongside a Senior Wealth Manager and their growing team, you will receive structured training and development while continuing your journey towards becoming a fully qualified Wealth Manager.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Attending client meetings alongside Wealth Managers
• Managing actions arising from client meetings
• Completing Carry Forward, Annual Allowance and Lifetime Allowance calculations
• Conducting investment analysis and research
• Preparing detailed cash-flow modelling
• Responding to technical and administrative client enquiries
• Identifying opportunities and referrals from existing clients
• Managing workflow through Salesforce and internal business trackers

About You:
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual with:

• Relevant experience within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning environment
• At least 2 RO exams passed towards their Diploma in Wealth Management, or currently working towards a Diploma in Financial Services
• A genuine interest in progressing into a Financial Adviser or Wealth Manager position
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, professional and positive approach
• The ability to work independently and use their own initiative
• A strong desire to develop their career within Wealth Management
